These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and CTRCircle® whenever you access or use our websites, dashboards, applications, trial offers, or engagement services. By using CTRCircle® you confirm that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to comply with them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the service.
You may use CTRCircle® only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into contracts for yourself or for the business you represent, and are not prohibited from using similar services under applicable laws or platform policies. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access. You agree that you will not share your credentials with third parties or allow others to operate your account.
CTRCircle® provides real human engagement services designed to influence and optimize click through rate signals on supported search engines. Real users search for your selected keywords, identify your organic results, click them, scroll, read, and remain on your pages for a natural duration. CTRCircle® does not click paid advertisements and focuses solely on organic listings that you choose. Features, dashboards, and workflow steps may evolve as we improve and update the platform.
To run campaigns, you provide settings such as keywords, target locations, preferred devices, and destination URLs. CTRCircle® routes tasks to real humans based on these settings. Because engagement is performed by real users with varying devices and network conditions, the number, timing, pacing, and distribution of clicks may vary. Our reported metrics reflect internal delivery systems and may differ from analytics tools. We may adjust pacing or device mix to preserve authenticity, safety, and natural behavior patterns.
CTRCircle® may offer a free trial that includes 100 real human engagement clicks for a maximum of 14 days. Your paid membership will begin automatically when the earlier of the following events occurs, whichever happens first: all 100 free-trial clicks have been delivered, or the 14-day trial period ends. By entering the free trial, you confirm and authorize CTRCircle® to charge your selected payment method for the first membership cycle as soon as one of these events occurs, unless you have cancelled your account before that time. If you cancel your account during the free trial before all 100 free-trial clicks have been delivered and before the 14-day trial period ends, no membership fee will be charged, and your account will be closed immediately. Once your paid membership has started, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your membership at any time from within your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and while your membership will not renew again, you may continue using any accumulated clicks in your account without any time limitations. Plan changes such as upgrades or downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, and all unused clicks automatically roll over to future months, giving you full flexibility to use your accumulated clicks on demand without any rush. Membership plans include a defined number of engagement clicks per month, and fees are non refundable except where we explicitly provide a refund guarantee on the site.
CTRCircle® offers a friendly, no-questions-asked refund guarantee for new memberships after their first payment, subject to fair-use limitations that ensure the sustainability and integrity of the platform. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the very first payment and are eligible only if less than 10 percent of the engagement clicks included in the selected membership tier have been consumed and the total monetary value of consumed clicks is under USD 50. All conditions must be met for a refund to apply. Each customer is eligible for one refund under this guarantee. Refunds are not available for any second or later billing cycle, any request made after 7 days, or any case where usage exceeds 10 percent of the membership tier allowance or where the monetary value of used clicks exceeds USD 50. Refunds are not available for overage fees, add-on purchases, or additional click packs. Clicks gained from the free trial or from paid membership always roll over automatically to future billing periods and are never erased, but they are never eligible for refunds. Furthermore, refunds are not available where behavior indicates misuse, manipulation, fraud, refund-farming, multi-account exploitation, or artificially abnormal usage patterns.
CTRCircle® operates exclusively with real humans. Automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, shared proxy farms, or any form of automated or artificial traffic generation are prohibited. You agree not to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the task assignment process. You further agree not to misrepresent real human engagement as artificial, bot-generated, or otherwise misleading in a way that could misinform your clients or partners.
CTRCircle® is open to all industries and use cases, provided that the content and activities involved are legal and compliant with applicable laws. You may use CTRCircle® with any content that is legal in the jurisdictions where you operate and where your campaigns are targeted, including legal adult content, legal pornography, legal gambling and betting content, legal financial and investment content, and other sensitive or competitive industries. Content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, must not violate intellectual property rights, and must not involve illegal activity, minors, exploitation, malware, phishing, fraud, or other harmful conduct. For the avoidance of doubt, as long as your campaigns and landing pages are lawful and do not create unacceptable risk for our network or real users, we treat all legal industries equally and do not apply category based restrictions beyond legal compliance and safety. We may pause, limit, or decline campaigns that we deem unsafe for our real users or network integrity.
CTRCircle® is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other search engine or platform. You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your campaigns, including search engines, analytics tools, webmaster consoles, hosting providers, and advertising networks. We are not responsible for penalties, actions, refusals, or restrictions imposed by third parties on your accounts, websites, or content.
Real human engagement is a powerful signal, but search rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, algorithm changes, website quality, backlinks, technical performance, and your broader SEO and marketing strategy. Examples, calculators, and case studies on our site illustrate potential outcomes but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business performance. Individual results will vary, and CTRCircle® does not promise that any particular keyword or page will reach or maintain a specific position in search results.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features, interfaces, membership tiers, and engagement delivery systems. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the free trial, abuse payment processes, or create risks for our network or real users. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes or suspensions, but we may act without notice in urgent situations. You may cancel your membership at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Sections that by their nature are intended to survive termination, such as limitations of liability and dispute provisions, will continue to apply after your access ends.
When you use CTRCircle® we process information including account data, campaign configurations, engagement metrics, and technical logs necessary for service operation, security, and improvement. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and by using the service you consent to that processing. Engagement visits from our real users may appear in your analytics systems and search tools as typical organic traffic. It is your responsibility to configure your analytics, tags, and reporting tools in line with your own legal, compliance, and business requirements.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or any specific outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, customers, opportunities, or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in aggregate to the amount you paid for the service during a reasonable recent period before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our service, technology, or legal requirements. When material updates occur, we will revise the Last Modified date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice inside the platform or by email. Continued use of CTRCircle® after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an updated version, you must stop using the service.
